The accordion duo Patricia Draeger and Sergej Simbirev fear no boundaries; nothing is safe from the playfulness of these two button virtuosos. They feel just as at home with the tango nuevo of the old master Astor Piazzolla as they do with Bach, classical modernism, Eastern European folk music or improvisation. Their aim is to combine different styles and musical genres into a meaningful whole.
