Foot juggling workshop
Circus meets football
The workshops offer an introduction to foot juggling and are aimed at participants of all levels of experience.
The workshop is part of Zurich's cultural programme for the Women's EURO 2025 and celebrates the connection between culture and football. That's why we'll be juggling real EURO footballs in the workshops! The focus is on basic techniques such as balancing, throwing and catching with the feet as well as exploring the flow of movement and body coordination. Targeted exercises are used to create an awareness of the connection between the feet, legs and the rest of the body.
In addition to technical basics, variations and creative approaches are also developed in order to develop your own movement sequences. The workshop offers space for individual tempo and personal experimentation.
The session includes both guided exercises and free trial phases in which what has been learnt can be deepened. The aim is to develop an understanding of the movement possibilities of foot juggling and to discover new playful approaches for your own practice.
Bring comfortable clothing and perhaps a cushion (for those who want to be really cosy).

Das Zirkusquartier ist ausserhalb der Schulferien täglich ab 15 Uhr für die Kurse geöffnet. An Vorstellungstagen öffnet die Tür 60 Minuten vor Beginn und die Bar ist geöffnet.

The auditorium is wheelchair accessible. The box office and bar are unfortunately on the 1st floor. The Circus Quarter does not have an elevator.
