Monday Café

The Bern Legal Advice Centre for People in Need and the Helferei Cultural Centre are once again warmly inviting refugees to the Monday Café from 2.30 pm to 4.30 pm. As well as enjoying coffee, tea and cake in the relaxed atmosphere of the chapel, guests can receive free legal advice.

A children’s corner for crafts and drawing has been set up.

Playing together
This time, Ahmad and Moritz from Volldabei will be encouraging participants to take part in various board and group games. They will introduce the games, explain the rules and ensure that everyone can join in – even without prior knowledge or a common language.

Taking part is optional. Anyone who would rather watch, have a chat or simply enjoy some coffee and cake is also very welcome.

The Monday Café is a free event offering a space for unlimited exchange, information and culture over coffee and cake. Printed leaflets can be ordered at montagscafe@rbsbern.ch. Please feel free to share and forward this invitation. We’d love as many people as possible to find out about the Monday Café.

We look forward to seeing you there and to lively discussions!
With warm regards,
Barbara Weber & Martin Wigger
