Ariane Theatre: ‘Missing Person Report’

Two actresses, a singer and a pianist admit to being on the losing side. Keys, a wallet, a tooth, a brain, a heart, splendour, faith, patience – so many things can be lost over the course of a lifetime, until, in the end, one is lost to the world oneself. Reason enough to take a thorough stock of all that has vanished, passed away and been forgotten. Songs, chansons, scenes, prose and poetry from a musical and literary ‘lost and found’ are brought together in a colourful mix: Charles Aznavour and Franz Schubert come together, Leonard Bernstein encounters Lucia Berlin, and Peter Bichsel discovers Dota Kehr. Cast: Nicole Knuth, Mona Petri, Niklaus Kostam; Piano: Hans Adolfsen; Arrangements: Hans Adolfsen and Daniel Fueter; Stage direction: Daniel Fueter. A co-production by Theater Ariane and Theater Ticino.
