With around 150 events a year, the Ticino Theatre has been offering a wide-ranging theatre and concert programme in "one of the most atmospheric theatre halls far and wide" (Tagi) for over 30 years. The intimate atmosphere under the chandelier, the personal contact, an excellent dinner in the theatre restaurant, a good glass of wine at the bar - these are all highly appreciated by the performing artists and the audience alike. For the local guests, the Ticino is "their theatre" on their doorstep; for a large audience from far and wide, an evening at the Theater Ticino is always worth the trip. NZZ: "Cultural pacesetter on Lake Zurich... The old province is the new city... Anyone who has been here once will come again..."
The house is wheelchair accessible. Please make a note of this when making your reservation - any accompanying person should report to the box office - we will assist with the stair lift.
